Still can't get past the login verification screen to use the app, 2 months after reporting the bug on Android 12. Of course I tried the basics of clearing data, uninstalling, and reinstalling. Support doesn't take the bug seriously because they didn't receive the emailed bug video; gaslighters.
Best user experience and customer service ever.
App is OK, what lowers the rating are the helmets which are only suitable for summer (no full visor, like most helmets). This isn't great for winter or windy weather. Bikes could be more powerful too.

very useful app, easy to use!
I really thought this was going to be a useful service. I was wrong. The bike broke down when we were driving in traffic, we nearly got hit. After this, we contacted yego, they told us not to worry and leave the bike on the street. To our horror, we received a bill for 130 euro from Yego! The city charged them for not collecting the bike and they stole this money from my card without asking. There are much cheaper and more honest bike share companies out there, don't use Yego!!

First time in Barcelona and I was able to quickly get on Yego in a day. App is easy to use, vehicles always available within the zones and attractive discounts sometimes.
